I'm glad Brent wasn't our tour guide of Devil's Den today - he looks a little confused already and we hadn't even gotten started.

Brent checking out the opening of a little cave.

Here's me on my way down into the cave behind Brent.

Here we are getting prepared to head into the Icebox Cave. Man we didn't know what we were getting ourselves into. We had so much fun and what a workout. Thanks to Joe and Lindsey who were nice enough to be our tour guides for the day. They are very impressive with their cave skills. Maybe they will ask us to go again someday ;)

Here is our after. It was so muddy and wet. I guess it's a good thing it was wet so we could slide through some of the really tight spots. We did a little crawling a little sucking in to fit through a small passage and lots of looking for a good hand hold as we dangled over sharp jagged rocks but a really good time on our first cave exploration.

Here is a picture of our tour guides. After we came out and just a bit down the path there were some beautiful waterfalls that were perfect for getting some of that mud off.

That's me and Joe checking out the waterfall.

I really don't like muddy hands...

On the way home we stopped at one of the scenic overlooks.
Overall we had a great day and a fun hiking experience. It was good to get out and have a fun day together.
